Thinkroomten was started by Mike Thornton, who headed the hugely successful 'Freak' group of companies which supplied design & creative services, music and event management in Scotland. Freak's clients included: Scottish & Newcastle Retail, Universal Pictures, Channel Four Television, Harvey Nichols, EMI, Blue Note Records, Festival Inns and the Edinburgh International Film Festival. Mike also DJ'd professionally and operated one of the world's top 100 nightclubs.
